We do not normally charge a fee for our advice as we will be paid a commission by the lender. However as independent brokers, you have the option to pay us a fee, with any commission we receive being passed back to you. We estimate this would be 0.25%.
Here at The Mortgage Office we search the whole of the UK mortgage market to find our clients the most competitive deals which meet with their needs and requirements. We have direct access to lenders ensuring that our clients have up to date information on criteria and the latest products. The Mortgage Office takes pride in building strong relationships with our clients. We will work along side your solicitors and builders and provide regular updates by phone, email or post.
