We are a specialist commercial and residential property lender in the short term bridging market. As a principle lender with nationwide coverage in England, Wales and Scotland we operate a highly flexible underwriting process which is tailored to provide finance solutions to small and medium sized businesses.
Peninsula was first established in 2002 and was grown out of a long established solicitor's private mortgage business. We therefore possess a substantial amount of finance, property and legal experience which we use in our lending application process and in providing a high level of service to our brokers and customers. At Peninsula we focus on the property value when underwriting and review each case individually, with no tick boxes, and with the underwriter taking each case from initial enquiry through to completion and more than often beyond.
We have a genuine appetite to lend on commercial property with a wide range of acceptable security.
