CBL are able to give quality independent advice to anyone planning to purchase a commercial property or business, either leasehold or freehold. We prepare a Financial & Business Proposal for presentation purposes in a format that we know the lender wants to see it "packaged". We arrange Competitive interest rates- as low as 1% over base rate for freeholds, 2% over base for leaseholds.
We do not charge any advance fees. Because of this we will not "promise the Earth" then fail to deliver weeks down the road. We, only get a fee when we are successful and so consequently, we will ensure that we are successful! You only pay our arrangement fee after acceptance of the offer of finance from the lender.
